If you need to return something, please call 1-818-992-5112 or e-mail us at
before sending the unit back. We will send you a priority mail address label and postage for returning the unit to us. If you don't have the original shipping box, you can pick up the smaller boxes for Priority Mail at a U.S. Post Office.
If you are in a hurry and cannot wait for the postage and mailing label, go ahead and mail it back to us and we will send you a check for the postage.
As soon as we receive the unit, we will return your money (by check if you paid by check, or we will credit your charge card). |
